Mark is known for being a man of his word, a problem solver and someone that always gets the job done. Mark is the sage for giving people the benefit of the doubt and doing business in a small-town, personable fashion. Mark has spent the last ten years as a top-producing sales professional. He has a strong business background and is happy to share with clients his extensive product and market knowledge as well as his experience in financial planning, lending, property management, real estate investment, and real estate sales. Last year Mark was among the top 5% of local real estate agents based on figures from the Denver Board of Realtors.

Mark is thankful for his family, friendships, and this fabulous place we call home. Mark's community involvement has been spent coaching and volunteering at Cherry Creek High School's wrestling program since 1997. Mark lives in Washington Park with his two German shepherds, Roman and Klea.

Paul is always on a quest for constant-and-never-ending improvements to the business models of the companies and the team members that he manages. The strategic planner of the team, Paul's relies on intuitive leadership to increase productivity, is always dreaming up creative deal structures, and is involved in a very personal way in the success of the team and his clients.

Prior to the formation of his current companies, Paul was an investor and member of the management team at Portus Real Estate Private Equity Funds, developer of Boutique Apartments™ in Denver, CO. During Mr. Barrow's tenure there the firm purchased and remodeled multi-family projects in Denver's urban infill neighborhoods, many utilizing green building techniques. His previous experience also includes representing business owners and property owners to federal, state and local governments as a registered professional lobbyist for 12 years.

Paul lives in Lowry with his wife Jennifer and their two children, Anna and Charlie. He is an avid skier, mountain biker, yogi and squash player, and enjoys the occasional round of "business golf." Paul is also active in fundraising for local charitable events like "Men for the Cure," and the La Academia School in Denver and regularly volunteers for "active crew duty" at the Rocky Mountain School of Expeditionary Learning (RMSEL).

By day, the consummate real estate professional dressed to a stylish "T" and armed with a healthy work ethic. By evening, a dedicated mother and wife toting the tots, prepping for soccer camp and cooking healthy meals. So her clients and colleagues are usually surprised to bump into Deanna cutting loose during a Sunday Panic show at Red Rocks, or going crazy cheering at Rockies game! You never know when that card is going to show up!
