The real estate professionals at the Select Group
are not just typical Realtors. Our team members have
extensive backgrounds in sales, marketing,
management, construction and finance. We are
"full-time" real estate professionals with capable
assistants, and reliable construction and handyman
crews. We know the best inspectors, the best
conventional and creative finance methods and the
most seasoned title escrow officers. All of us live
in Denver neighborhoods and we all invest in real
estate. We're young, we're fun and we're on the
ball. We pride ourselves on being extremely tech and
internet savvy, so we won't waste your precious
time.
Our team likes to enjoy life and have a lot of fun
around the office. So we could not just give
ourselves titles like the "Director of Marketing,"
"Inventory Coordinator," or "Administrative
Assistant."

Mark
Struznik is the brokerage team
leader and President of the Select Group which is housed at the
venerable Your Castle Real Estate
office in Cherry Creek. He is also a
principal of Metro Properties Inc.,
a wholesale investment property
company, and operates several other
affiliated companies encompassing
all aspects of real estate. Mark
has skills as a master
negotiator, especially his ability
to hold deals together through
difficult negotiations. Mark is
known for being a man of his word, a
problem solver and someone that
always gets the job done. Mark is
the sage for giving people the
benefit of the doubt and doing
business in a small-town, personable
fashion. He suggests that "too many
business people have forgotten how
to relax; a sense of humor and a
little fun can go a long way in both
business and in life."
Mark has
spent the last ten years as a
top-producing sales professional. He
has a strong business background and
is happy to share with clients his
extensive product and market
knowledge as well as his experience
in financial planning, lending,
property management, real estate
investment, and real estate sales.
Last year Mark was among the top 5%
of local real estate agents based on
figures from the Denver Board of
Realtors.

Deanna
Silva is an experienced associate
broker with the Select Group
specializing in residential houses,
especially for young families. Her
extensive knowledge of both the
Denver Metro Area and Front Range,
along with her professional attitude
and determined work ethic are
strengths that are unmatched in her
field. She has closed deals from
Brighton to Castle Rock, while
gaining and retaining the trust of
each client that she has helped.

professional dressed to a stylish
"T" and armed with a healthy work
ethic. By evening, a dedicated
mother and wife toting the tots,
prepping for soccer camp and cooking
